All Metro Nashville Public Schools students will receive no-cost meals during the 2022-2023 school year thanks to the support of the MNPS Board of Education and the federal Community Eligibility Provision program.
And, while student meals are no cost, families who may quality for free and reduced meals, and whose students are not attending a CEP school are encouraged to submit a Meal Benefits Application because qualification helps connect families to things such as:
- discounts for fees associated with college applications
- scholarships and fee discounts for SAT, ACT and AP tests
- greater federal reimbursement to provide for program improvement
For more information and in order to determine if you qualify, please go to the MNPS Free and Reduced Meals Website and click on Apply for Free or Reduced Price Lunch. Please call the Family Information Center at 615-259-INFO (4636) with questions or additional assistance with the application.
