GET TECH HELP IN PERSON
Do you need in-person help with your computer or WiFi hotspot? Do you need help logging in to Microsoft Teams or Schoology? Do you have any questions about using the technology for online learning?
To support students who are still learning virtually, MNPS has outdoor virtual learning support centers at four different locations from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Infinite Campus & Family Portal
Infinite Campus Family Portal is where students and parents can access student’s schedule, grades, and attendance.
If you need help accessing Infinite Campus Family Portal, please see MNPS Family Portal or contact Joyce.Claassen@mnps.org or Gillian.Hutchinson@mnps.org.
If you need to update parent contact info (email, phone number, etc) in our system for your student, please follow the directions for How to Confirm or Update your Contact Info in Family Portal. If you need help updating your contact info, please contact HillsboroEnrollCenter@mnps.org.
MNPS EMAIL
To access your MNPS Student Email account, go to Clever (clever.com/in/mnps) and click the blue “Outlook” button in the Microsoft Section near the top.
SCHOOLOGY
